 Samples Requests |
Customers need to provide as details as possible to our sales representatives for making the samples, digital artwork or logo should email to our designer at simon@synapsis.com.hk.
Preferred format would be as follows.
Adobe Illustrator 9.0 .
Adobe Photoshop 7.0 .
Macromedia Freehand 10.0 .
Corel Draw 9.0 .
The lead time for making the samples is 3-5 days, samples fee are supposed to be settled before delivering the samples.
Customers are also supposed to response for the postage fee. Customer can either provide their courier account number to us for freight collect.

| Price Term |
The price we always quote will be base on FOB ShenZhen. There will be an USD0.05 charge for each unit if customer chooses FOB Hong Kong.

| Payment Terms |
For any oversea customers, we offer two payment term, one is L/C at sight" and another is 30% pre-deposit /balance before shipment".

| Placing Orders |
Placing an order officially, you are required to issue a purchase order via fax or e-mail. For OEM order, every detail must be provided along with the purchase order.

| Confirmation Date |
Order will be formally started from the day we received the pre-deposit of order payment if customers choose payment by T/T or L/C copy from out bank if customers choose to the L/C term. |
| Cancellations |
Orders cannot be canceled without permission from factory. Customers will be liable for all charges incurred prior to any cancellation. |
| Production Lead-time |
Our delivery time is two weeks after production sample approved. If there is a large volume quantity of order, then we will have to re-evaluate our current capacity and other supports, but we will try our best to work on the schedule with our customers. If customers' order are urgent, then we will special arrange a schedule to match them . |
| Packaging |
Our unit price always included the standard white box for each unit. However, customers can custom-make their new packaging. The MOQ for custom-make new packaging for each model is at least 2K units. Customers can use our existing packaging style with their own design. Thus, we will provide our die-cut for them. If customers would like us to design the packing for them, then customers need to provide us as much as idea of their design for our designers .

Shipping Port – As all quotes are based on FOB China. All goods will ship from China Port.
Freight Policy – Customers may choose their forwarder or we can use our forwarder here with collect charges when the goods arrive the destination
Ship Mark – Customers should provide their ship marks for carton or else we will use our default ship marks as follows:

| Warranty |
Most of our of our products carry a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use. |
| Defected Items |
| Every effort will be made to return defected items and will be either refunded or replaced with a new item. |
| Safety Approval |
| Every of our product has safety approval such as CE and FCC certificate. And our products will have CE and FCC labeled or embossed at the back. |
| Indemnification |
| Customer warrants that they have the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold SYNAPSIS INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD harmless in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork. |
